The Origin Story:The Car Ride Home
MyKeeperCoach started the way many youth sports companies start: with a dad, a daughter, and a frustrating car ride home.
I was paying for expensive private one-on-one sessions, trying to support my 9-year-old daughter who fell in love with goalkeeping. But the feedback loop was broken. Team practices ignored her. Outfield players got all the data — goals, assists, distance covered. Keepers? They got nothing.
One afternoon in the car after a tough loss, she looked at me and asked the question that changed everything:
“Dad, am I even getting any better?”
